Modifications: NEXUP Shall reserve the right at any time it may deem fit, to modify, alter and or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, our service, with or without prior notice.

Supply: NEXUP apparel will be super limited once each drop is Sold Out.

Shipping: Please allow at max 2-4 weeks for shipping. Make sure to overview your order before checkout. Orders will be shipped to the EXACT address provided. In the event of any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Return Policy: We do not accept returns for refunds and etc. All items are final sale.  (We reserve the right to refuse any returns/cancelation at any time).
